sam00 meint hier vermutlich das "Slashing" welches es bei ETH gibt - entgegen anderer Staking-Protokolle wie bspw. über Cardano oder über Avalanche. Eth bestraft Validatoren, die sich "auffällig verhalten" und das Verhalten als Angriffsversuch gewertet werden kann. Mit der eigentlichen Downtime hat das aber nur wenig zu tun denke ich:
