It was new for me to participate in this Bitcoin Pizza bake-off contest and I really got a lot of fun from both the process and the result (my taste buds won't lie 
). Even now, watching the culinary "works" of others and waiting for the results of the judge's decision. It seems to me that this contest is more of a "beauty" contest, where the "face" of the pizza is judged, and not the "rich inner world" of it, which is traditionally judged at culinary contests (although external indicators are also judged there). In view of the format of the competition, it is almost impossible to evaluate the results of participants in terms of taste, therefore, it remains to choose the winner only in appearance. So I'm curious, by what criterion will judges be selected? What do you think about this?

What do you think about this?Based on the experience of several hundreds of pizzas, my expertise is that you can visually tell the good pizzas from the bad ones. Of course tasting would add a lot to the accuracy of the process, but I guess it is almost impossible for obvious reasons.
Maybe having a picture of a slice of the pizza to judge the dough could be a nice addition to next year’s contest. There is a good numbers of improvement that could be suggested to improve the contest.
