This just crossed my mind and there's a possibility that this scenario exists in real life
Do You Think It's A Cause Of Concern For Your Employer if he finds out that you are a compulsive gambler and you are working in a department that deals with money, do you think it's right that he transfer you to another department that has nothing to do with money?
If he is a compulsive gambler and you feel changing him from a department that handles funds to where there is no cash, it might help to an extent, but since he's moved to gamble, and definitely he will look for means to find cash anyways, it's indeed a cause for concern. Most gamblers find it hard to not get excited by cash, so I feel the best way to get about this as an employer is to relieve such of his duties.
