I have one account, with the same email address, they keep deleting it with these updates. Ive been told to recreate it by support twice so im not pulling this out of thin air.

Have you tried clearing your cache and setting your browser as your default as suggested by other members? Given that their website is still in beta, it's understandable if it's a little wonky. There are still a lot of bugs to iron out, or perhaps your account has been flagged as an abuser.
First, try to resolve some of the technical issues on your end.
