This is frustrating and it's fine to feel bad about that experience but you have to take it as a lesson as well. Keep in mind that there will always be unlucky days and we're not in control of that because gambling is mostly luck-based. However, you must learn from what you experience by knowing your limits. If you're losing, it doesn't mean that you'll win if you'll bet continuously. You also have to set a certain limit and allocate enough funds for gambling so you'll know when to stop.
When we gamble with some target, even when we've won good we won't be able to stop and take a break. This means if I've decided to stop once reaching $90 winning and reached $85, I will go for the remaining $5 and this makes me loss everything. This has happened several times and I even tried to hold funds in vault and use a limited amount, but at times we get into emotion and withdraw from vault and end up losing.
