What is an unpopular opinion you hold about bitcoin and cryptocurrency that you will love to share with newbies?

The opinion that the market is cyclical and bitcoin, like the entire crypto industry, has certain cycles that replace each other. On this forum, I often meet criticism of this theory, the counter-arguments of this opinion are that you can’t look at historical data, because the market is constantly evolving and it won’t be like before, everything will be different.

My answer is no. Until now, bitcoin is clearly moving in phases: growth-fall-recovery-accumulation, a full cycle lasts 4 years. The market went through a full cycle from 2013 to 2017, from 2017 to 2021, now that 2022 has begun, the cryptocurrency market, and bitcoin in particular, is falling, the annual candle tends to close in the red zone, as in previous cycles, in 2014 or 2018 year.

What can be learned from this opinion about the cyclical nature of bitcoin? To the fact that beginners should not indulge themselves with illusions about a bull run that will last 2, 3, etc., years in a row. So far, the market has followed these cycles, and as long as this formation is not broken, it cannot be argued that historical data does not work.
