When i say « same as » it’s mean the same kind, with same games and same kind of design not a 1 for 1 copy, anyway thanks for your comment. But no need to answer exactly the same things thats the previous people answerover and over again 
Well, to be honest, you did say: "exact style and function as TIVIT" ... Exact usually means identical, verbatim, line for line copy.
Perhaps if you are really looking for developers who can do this, you could post a request in the Services section? You might get some offers if your budget is right.
