There is no such thing, they only register businesses, they don't issue licenses only keep eyes on them... its not like the states.. shit.. I can open a MSB in less then a month from what the rep told me! ME!! can you imaging that?

Nope.. because its not real.. CAVIRTEX just threw the word in to make them look better.
