When the price drops below $30k there is a large volume of transactions so that the price slowly rises, as happened yesterday when the price dropped from $31k to $29k and now the price is around $30k, this proves that the community is waiting for the bitcoin price to drop so that it can buy more.
It is common behavior of people that after dropping the price of Bitcoin, they'll buy more for the future. In my opinion, it is good to buy Bitcoin around $30k because when it will start to rise again, we will not be able to buy big amount with our existing capital.
