Unless they are registered with FCA (Financial Condust Authority, where all legit UK business that offer some type of financial service are registered) but somehow I doubt that. And even if they are registered there it doesn't mean that they won't scam people.


Of course they can. People scam other people using their own name all the time so I don't know why are you so surprised that someone like Criptodebit who provided very little info about their own business ran with people's money.
