So first of all thanks for the numerous replies (i did not expect that). I will try to answer all questions.
The first question was why the withdrawal was disabled. We had technical difficulties and now the payout should work as usual again.

Regarding the purchased script, correct, we bought our casino as a white label solution and modified the design and gameplay. If anyone is interested in the technical background: we host our casino on AWS with load balancing (we can handle thousands of users at the same time - at peak times we had more than 3000 visitors on our site with no server problems).
We use Cloudflare as a security service, to protect our users (this is our greatest concern).

Our casino has been around for over a year now. We've made about $300k in profits from the casino and more than doubled that in revenue.
