I could not able to agree with you that spending more will make you able to earn more. The spending area should have been reasonable. If you buy a service with higher rate then that wouldn't help you to promote your business. Also, if you do not select age, location, hobby etc while selection advertisement then you will not get the right audience as a result you will loss you money which will not help you to make money.
