Isn't it obvious how dumb they are trying to cover their tracks 
The more often they try, the more attention they attract to themselves, but not the attention they need. Here, on the forum, such scammers have learned to expose very quickly.
I am not expecting to get a medal for exposing them first and second time, but I am trying to prevent people from losing money using this website.
Thank you for bringing this to attention and telling about the new scam service, I informed the Russian locale using your collected information because this scammer was trying to promote his previous service in the Russian locale.
