I did a little research I can only find 2-3 complaints on the internet, all are here on Bitcoin talk. So I guess everybody has their money, and nobody got scammed.

I tried to buy a VCC with crypto, no card was sent to me, no answers to the raised tickets and emails.
I consider this service as SCAM

Worked well, now has no functionality on-site and a shady process to apply for/purchase "physical cards". Will leave this review posted until you can actually buy cards again.
