If the government permits to use the payment of Bitcoin, i think it is much better to use it. It will help to promote or introduce Bitcoin to someone else. By using Bitcoin payments it will help them to adopt it.
Their country allows it and the op already started using bitcoin on his business but he seems to be disappointed because none of its customers uses bitcoin for paying their coffee.
