It would be very interesting if you have other evidence to check like their linked address or social media. But you really can't convince people to understand your suspicions without accurate evidence and so far your suspicions about both accounts are very weak.

One of the most important things is, never force anyone here to do something to someone you don't like unless you actually have reasonable and accurate evidence. Your accusations seem irresponsible and you may injure yourself for it.
