My account got locked without any reason after inactivity of half year, but they locked it got just locked before I want to sell my BTC.
There's always a reason. They just don't lock up an account out of nowhere.
I ask for reason, but they just say I violate the TOS. But I did not even use it.
When I asked to verify I upload the pictures, but then the ticked was not reply on time by LBC, or they ask to to everything all over again.
But then they repeatedly ask to verify again, with other pictures.
When the account is unlocked, after 1 day they locked again, and the problem is that if you contact the support again, they don't reply anymore.
You are always warned against using custodial service and instead OP for noncustodial P2P services that are readily available like localcryptos or bisq, but I guess you guys keep a blind eye.
