Assuming the screenshot is true, that dkbit98 at one point back in March PMed you with the content as per the screenshot, I failed to see where he's doing something wrong. He asked you to tell you more, as in conducting due diligence by inquiring more. I didn't see any part of the message that can be intepreted as him asking for a card. Even if at one point, on different PM that you are yet to reveal to us, he blatantly asked for a card to be shipped, it stil fall under the realm of DD, as in testing whether you'll really send a working card or not.
