Today we made some changes to our website.
- Updated HTTP to HTTPS
- When requesting a share of EFL we now ask Dutch citizens for the first 5 digits of their BSN. Can be blurred out aswell.
- Changed the request page to Dutch language.
- Added another encrypted layer to the storage of incoming personal details.
*P.S. not sure where the DigiD rumor comes from but it's invalid
Ok, these are some good changes. I still have to send my full details however. I would already feel much more comfortable with giving my details when you would at least be a registered legal entity. It is not that much work to register a company or even a foundation (stichting) in the Netherlands.
Also scrapping the birth date from the list would be a good start already, since that is important information often used by companies to verify your identity. And I don't think it is necessary in this case.
