Have you tried asking this from their onsite chat support?
For sure, they have answer on this. And can easily get response from them.
But yes, $2 for 4k wager. That's very stingy in my opinion.  
Maybe, they are getting good number of high rollers here, thus, decreasing the %  rakeback.
