If bitcoin reach that kind of price maybe a lot of btc investors will buy more bitcoin to secure their good profits when the price goes high once more
And if that's going to happen then the price would pump probably and will stay at let's just say $20k because huge investors wouldn't mind to buy more if the price is cheap.
