Is faucet the only one thing that interest you to play in Bitvest? If you are real gambler who is willing to spend your own money to gamble, faucet should not be a big deal. As long as using VPN is not going to make other bigger issue than just faucet, simply go with VPN and play with your deposit till you get a solution.

As far as I understand, nothing has changed on the BITVEST side. You clearly wrote that it was the operator who cut off the access to the BITVEST website. I don't really understand what you want from the BITVEST administration, but don't expect them to make VPN connectivity available to everyone at your request (which it probably would have to be). I think you should rather contact your provider.
