I don't get it why he think about abusing DT powers while the decision is made by the owner itself? Maybe people should understand that provably Bitlucy management is following the result of the campaign they do and maybe they are not satisfied with the result that's why they end the campaign again for second round. Maybe they open up again for third round because they really need to run a campaign to market their site and Bitlucy should know that good result will not came in one week or months campaigning they need to be consistent to earn best result just like what other old successful casinos do.
