It's too early to judge him. You shall have enough evidence to make sure if your accusation was true. In my opinion if sometime admin from the project didn't know if the project has been running the bounty campaign for the marketing purpose. I saw this happened with a few projects but the projects could still paid the participants. is not it better if you are asking the bounty manager directly in the telegram group rather than create an accusation with no evidence on it?
