I don't see any interest in becoming champions in teams like Dortmund and Leipzig in the Bundesliga. Dortmund's main business is to produce talented players and sell them at high prices to other clubs, including Bayern Munich. If the management of Leipzig and Dortmund had tried to strengthen their team by investing some money, the rule of Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga would have been somewhat lost.
I dont agree with that , Dortmund just got no luck the last season and i would say if Haaland was injured many times they would be a real opponent for Munich.
Also the transfers they did now already shows that they planning to get the title in coming season and compete with Bayern Munich seriously.
About Leipzig they also have done well the last years and they just was unlucky too the last season.
My favorites for the coming season are Bayern Munich , Dortmund , Leipzig and Leverkusen.
Sorry, I can't agree with you on everything. First of all, you are right that Dortmund could have continued their fight for the title with Bayern Munich if Haaland had not been injured last season. It is easy to assume that the most important player in their team is Haaland.
Second, this season they are selling their team's most important player, Haaland. Now if they had hoped to win the title next season, they would not have sold the most important player in the squad. Instead, they tried to increase their power.
