I think they have good intentions with the site, but the project has been grossly underestimated. It can be a pity that they stopped their signature campaign but they will have their reasons for it. Why would Royse abuse his DT status? He has connections to the site so he can promote them all they want.
The deposit bonus of 200% is interesting but a minimum of 100$ is quite high in my opinion.
Between the problems they had, and the money that they spent on recovering from it, I am guessing that they may lack the funds to keep on going. I am not saying that it will be a problem for a long time, but at the same time it is definitely not a problem for them neither.
I get that we may want them to keep on their signature campaign, but if they remove it and see it's fine, then they will keep on not doing that. Or if they think it was great, then they will recover, make some more money, save aside, and then repeat it again in the future to get those people again. All in all, they know their finances better than we do so there is nothing shocking about it.
