Woo hoo Australia!
Watched the first half just before Germany-England Nations League game and I have to say I feared the worst when half time came up, Aussies had the offense but ended up blunt, but by the time they scored the first goal (with their only shot on target all game) I was okay. Then the equaliser -- had a bet riding on it -- and good old late goal popped up.
@KTChampions I got Aussie at effective 19/10 boost so really pleased. Somehow like them in the WC, even if they end up just getting whipped heh.
Up next Peru!
The 2-1 was an amazing win for Australia, and I think they're going to be pumped to win their match against Peru in a few days.
I honestly don't think Peru can win unless Australia makes some silly mistakes. In my opinion, if both teams play their best games, Australia will end up winning and securing their spot into group D.
