High gas fees, reduced popularity of DEFI, rapid decline of TVL on the chain, distrust of ETH2.0, criticism from miners, and restrictions on participants by the POS mechanism. Will the challenges of new technologies and new public chains cause ETH to decline rapidly?
The decline will persist as other smart chains develop which have advanced features and take advantage of affordable transaction fees, but I don't think the impact of the decline will be as big as the criticism of ethereum, this coin is so strong for now, big investors don't see the problem overall, so there is no particular reason that this will affect them
