If it doesn't meet the target, it needs to be stopped or paused, then think of another approach to hit the goal. I don't think it is a matter of budget but rather the marketing team is still figuring out the best approach to promote the casino.
The best of this delay is to reallocate the budget used for media promotions because usually, promotions can exceed the budget that has been made. Therefore, the casino needs to reschedule the plan and if necessary, they will make a budget allocation list that has been adjusted to the casino plan. It may take some time for them to reorganize their plans and if they feel the need, they will continue the signature campaign because it can help them gain popularity.
