Those of you who GPU mine X11 coins, did you notice that CPU is used 25% ?
I tried it, mining works great with my 7950 card and I get 1,6MH/s (darkcoin) but CPU is used 25% constantly.
This does not allow my CPU to go to power saving mode and in the end, although my GPU runs cooler, I think I end up using a lot more power.
Did you notice the same?

A big NO from me!
My task manager shows sgminer only using 1% CPU & 94K RAM.
You must have something else going on.
Are you on a Windows machine or Linux? 1% and 94k ram is very low or is this just for SGMiner? My numbers were for the whole system
Win7 & just for sgminer (windows task manager numbers)
It's an i7 CPU (870 @ 2.93Ghz) with 12GB DRAM, until I got totally 'gamed out' it was my SKYRIM rig
