Russians tried to hit semi-military factory in Kyiv twice (!), first at 15th of March and second time at 28 of April. Both times they hit with pretty bad accuracy. This building was hit by russian missile insted of its main target at April.

So russian accuracy is pretty bad, i would even call it "awful". There a lot of targets that was hit 1-2-3 times in the past with a lot of rockets or missiles and they still function pretty good. For example, today news: "Російський агресор атакував ракетами Новоград-Волинський на Житомирщині — повідомив голова Житомирської ОВА Віталій Бунечко. За його словами, в ніч на 9 червня російська ракета влучила в багатоповерхівку:"Інформації про постраждалих немає, на місці працюють правоохоронці""
