One thing I do not like about Execoin is that devs seem to sometimes forget to do very basic stuff, like putting a link to the wallet on the coins website! Embarrassed
I thought the same thing until I found it buried under:
http://execoin.net/how-to-mine.html (scroll down past the links to download the miners)
The download links for the wallet should really be on the home page.
