User 'Fairspin' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting.
I have send a message to Fairspin about this case, so we're only need to wait their reaction to this accusation. There's no more excuse since you have posted in their thread and I have send a message to them, obviously they will know this accusation. If they still not giving any respond and keep bumping their thread, they're don't have a good indication to look in this accusation then.
