Ask doctors and they'll say, gambling addiction is a sickness, and if a person is ill, they should be treated first before anything else. But I like your opinion that "money can be trusted but not much". Maybe not for all addicted gamblers, but for some of them I'm sure that would be their treatment: seeing that they are still trusted, they will do their best to live up to the expectations.
There are so many theories attached to it. But that is true an addicted gambler - who has no control over the emotions and his attitude will not me trusted by the people.
It is also correct. That gambling addiction is a sickness. And people need help. However I hope and pray that people make good decisions in life.
