Umm what? Withdrawing after winning 3 bets is suspicious? Also i didnt withdraw everything, i left ~5MBTC on the account. Then deposited again after i lost it.

I would appreciate if after they contact you back you could revoke red flag. Unfortunately I am not the almighty and can solve all the problems instantly but Fairspin is not scam, definitely

Well --there would be no red flag or red trust in your account if you are actively addressing those questions. You must be active to solve problems since you are a representative here of your company, perhaps a first aid of the issue that may calm your users and not create a thread like this. So it means if OP did not create this thread which means you did not solve the issue?
It is an act of scam if you ignore their concerns, that is why they raise their problem here.

Did you read what I wrote above? The issue is in the process. Does it mean that we ignore our players?
