Could Bitcointalk create a tool to find projects that launch as close to their launch, as possible, and post it somewhere in the forum?
Bitcointalk has nothing to with projects and their launch date, projects are not moderated by the forum, if you want are looking for projects to join, it is up to you the individual to research and find the projects yourself.
