Buying HEX right now is like buying at a all-time high because the value isn't depreciating, if altcoin is what you want to get into look for those that have already lost 70-90% of their value like Luna for example, not financial advice but recovery is possible in the short term.
if I'm to suggest i will suggest that no coin is supposed to buy now because of how the market is looking like and with what we are experiencing in the market it's not encouraging to buy any coin and keep for long time and coin that you don't know the way about is better to buy the one that you it value and allow it to rise before making any profit
