Times like these I just don't look at the monetary value of my various wallets. I avoid looking. 
WTF do you mean? The monetary value, measured in money (i.e., BTC), remains constant at a rate of 1 BTC = 1 BTC.
The only reason to get upset about the central bank altcoin trade value is if you were playing around with margin.
