It's unfortunate there are a couple newbie accounts give scam accusation to new casinos without evidence, even when they provide evidence about their accusations, it's turn out to be because they violated the rules of the casino. Maybe they fix this issues via PM because trustdice representative reply to OP post to send message about his username and email, but trustdice should post in this thread if this issues solved.
if I have hatred or have a rival business against trustdice then I can also create a newbie account and make false accusations. it's a wise move when trustdice admin keeps posting the problem happening here. btw, I'm glad trustdice is holding an event for new users, I'll try to register
