The guy is guilty and I'm very sure that he knows the system very well but he chose money over reputation and some one with bad reputation is giving shit post advice for genuine users.
I'm thinking that the forum is still generating them some revenue and customers that's why they launched another campaign and limited participants so that they can keep posting their shit in the forum. I know that the trust system is not regulated but there should be a limit to some flags like 1xbit, the admin system should always remove posts that is related to them.
