At one time, he was considered mega-talented and even, as it were, Ronaldo's successor (Ronaldo said that Rashford reminds him of himself in his youth). But then progress slowed down. United has turned into a swamp and Rashford is stuck in there...maybe it's time to turn everything back? 
The bonds between Manchester United players are very bad. If Erik Ten Hag can build a bond between the players, if the understanding between the players is good, then of course Manchester United's performance will be better. And Manchester United will be able to fight for the title next season as well. However, coach Erik Ten Hag must prove his worth. I think Manchester United should have a whole new formation and a new strategy.
