If I have to guess, it seems that you are taking the no deposit bonus but you cant withdraw it?
Have you read all the terms about the bonus you take or you take it blindly then try to withdraw after you win some?
It's unfortunate there are a couple newbie accounts give scam accusation to new casinos without evidence, even when they provide evidence about their accusations, it's turn out to be because they violated the rules of the casino. Maybe they fix this issues via PM because trustdice representative reply to OP post to send message about his username and email, but trustdice should post in this thread if this issues solved.
Some newbies aren't fully aware of the TOS of each casino site so they usually end up with issues without being aware that they're already breaking the rules. Mistakenly accusing the site as scam because of their own violations is too unfair because any casino site wouldn't allow its reputation to be ruined just because of simple issues. Yes, they should reach out via PM and resolve it privately.
