The bond between players must be prioritized in the competition because if you don't care about each other it will damage the cooperation between players, I believe Manchester United players are not that bad about the player bond, but the coach must establish a new strategy of prioritizing cooperation for the purpose of winning from good cooperation.
It is the coach's job to make his players work well together when they are played in a match. Obviously it's important to hope to help the team achieve a good result in a competition, but so far I don't think Manchester United are too bad in terms of teamwork. The players have tried to do their best, but the problem is that Manchester United can't really get back to their best.
There is hope for Ten Hag next season, but I'm not sure he can bring the same glory as Ferguson before. Ten Hag had a chance to fix the team's performance issues, but it took him some time until he really got the best recipe for making a big impact.
