If the question was only about timing then I would agree with you, but it's not.  It's about actively promoting the site, attracting new clients (and deposits) while the current clientele are unable to withdraw.  How much time would be appropriate this to continue?

If we are to discuss timing, and whether it's early or not, it's fair to point out this isn't an overnight glitch.  This has been an issue for over a week now.  Technical difficulties aside, they could have issued those withdrawals manually in that time.
