Yes it's a occurrence in crypto and it also happens in other markets. It's astonishing that they're fearful to accumulate when the market is down but excited excited when it's up. It's as if they have a large bag to cash out when they haven't bought any at floor prices or near it. What do you call this attitude by the way?HODL is for stupids. a smart one will sell when he feels. HODL what and for what?
