I know there is a freedom that's why it's forum and as a result, scam is not moderated but I have seen a case where forum member was off-limit from development and technical discussions and Bitcoin technical support for spreading negative information about bitcoin plus the user was also tagged. If 1xbit is known for unsatisfactory in their services and pocketing players money, that is enough to justify the ban if they continue to advertise and displayed banners in the forum.

Their wad when I was wrapping my head about this scam moderation of a thing. Especially in the early stage of the forum. I have always doubted theymos opinion about not moderating scam. But Iately discovered that he was right.
You wrote that above, I can use it against you anytime because you wrote it. It is different from when Mr.A tells me that you wrote it for him in Pm and he read it and you deleted it and scammed him.
Many stories and to be honest no moderator, staff or admin has such a time.
