@BitMaxz: Fixed with the fan simulator from Thanosminig. Their customer support&shipping was exceptional which surprised me considering the part was 5$.

With the 4 parallelminer fans running from the fan hub off the PC at around 3,500RPM the temps are holding at 74C which is not only half the speed and half the amps of the stupid YD fans, it's also half the noise.
I did a test run with the 4 fans at max rpm and they are still quieter than the YD fans not to mention they hum instead of screech.
