I also decided to check the possibility of creating an address for a BTC deposit and received a pop-up banner "Error occurred when deposit initialize" when selecting the remaining coins available for deposit, deposit addresses are created without problems, perhaps the developer is on the way to fix the bug.

Well, there is a video with a duration of 2 seconds timing, the situation is quite typical, simple creation of a deposit address and it is the same for all coins in terms and conditions there are no separate requirements for creating an address for a BTC deposit.
