As long as most of them are betting, then for sure, you will still get some commission for the bets they are making. I also have some referrals before in a certain sportsbook, I have only a few but I'm lucky to have bettors who are consistently betting and as a result, I was able to get some good commission.

It is common that when you will refer good gambler and you willl support that gambler you will get a good profit. But many greedy gamblers create anotjer profile to get own referral commision and for that reason many accounts get banned.
