You can also achieve the same with plain water, but you have to have everything ungrounded for the electricity to flow, this is expert level and takes knowledge probably beyond anyone in this forum, but mineral oil submerge is something you can definitely go for.
Immersion watercooling would require distilled water because it doesn't conduct electricity. But I think it could be a promising alternative for large farms like Whinstone because I think a water cooling system would be cheaper and more effective than an oil cooling system. Water conducts heat better.
